Fengari is a transdisciplinary creative team composed of Tomoca Kitsunai and Yuna Akimoto, the core Hair Designers/Makeup Artists as well as Collage Artist and Art Director, Manami Miyamoto. Spend the day having fun learning tricks, tips, and receive personal beauty advice from the pro trio during this exclusive event held at the historical, boutique hotel, Iizukatei. Not only will you have the opportunity to acquire applicable knowledge from experienced professionals, but you will also have the chance to enjoy casual conversation and spend the evening together with the artists in a private dinner setting.

The event’s main Makeup Artist, Tomoca
Kitsunai, with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry is the
personal Makeup artist for several Japanese and international models and
actresses. Her skillset allows her to attract a large range of clients, such as
Louis Vuitton’s Vice President and the foreign Prime Ministers who request her
upon their visits to Japan. She has also been the set makeup artist for various
big-name brands such as BVLGARI and YSL (Yves Saint Laurent during photoshoots
and celebrity events.
With `Spring` as the theme, Tomoca and Yuna
will teach new makeup looks and beauty basics such as skin types, facial
shapes, and colors to match one’s skin tone. Following this will be a section
dedicated to one-on-one sessions with the artists to receive personal and
customized cosmetic advice. Keeping the spring as well as the upcoming summer
in mind, the makeup artists will be the checking each participant’s makeup and
skin conditions individually to give catered advice for the seasons to create
the best possible looks with makeup items you already own.
The seminar’s unique venue, Cultural Heritage Hotel Iizukatei, will serve as the background during this entire seminar and once the makeup portion has finished, collage artist and art director, Manami, will hold one-on-one personal photo shoots to feature your finished makeup look. The digital data of the photos taken from this session will also be shared with you as a gift for your own personal use. The entire hotel will be reserved exclusively for participants of the seminar on this day to truly create an intimate and memorable one-of-a-kind experience.
